After skipping two weeks due to lack of inspiration, I am back for this week’s challenge on the Wednesday Stampers.
I actually used a page which had been painted black all over by my 3 year old son. I had given him some pots of gouache to play with and he literally got carried away with the black one. The result was a really thick coat of paint with lumps and puddles all over. Love it 🙂
So I used my beloved Making Memories stamps on it with gesso, and I used black gouache for the white counterpart of the page. The alpha stamps are from Cavallini San Francisco – I actually found them in a paperie close by in the city of Mannheim!
Got this idea a few years ago on Martha Stewart’s site, but used a bigger size wire wreath and bells. Next week I will put it up on my window again.
This card has my favorite Christmas image for this year, so most of my cards will be a variation to this theme … It is from A Capella, a really big piece of rubber, but I trimmed the image so it fits on a regular A6 card with some background still showing 🙂 Used TwinklingH2O for the wings.
Starting work on my christmas cards for this year. This one was done with a Zettiology stamp as the main focus and with some hand-prepared paper (watercolor, crayons) as a background.
This is from a popup card I made quite a while ago with a photocopy of my own hand and a butterfly stamp :). Since I did not have a larger butterfly stamp, I added some drawing around the one I had 🙂
Also fits within this week’s Wednesday Stamper challenge.
My contribution for this week’s theme at Wednesday Stampers.
It is a small canvas 15 x 15 cm and was covered with acrylics, gesso, acrylic medium, a laser print and some stamping.
Thanks for looking!
Today is hubby’s birthday and I thought his birthday present would suit well for this week’s Wednesday Stamper theme. I used Basic Grey paper for making a little gift box and made a coordinating card using an alphabet stamp and more BG paper.
